With over 35 years of combined experience in the fields of Environment, Health, Safety and Security across a variety of sectors including, Luxury, Pharmaceuticals, Nuclear, Home Appliances and Farming, we have diverse set of HSE skills.

Co-Owner / Senior Consultant HSE
Isabelle De Pauw
Isabelle has been a consultant for the past 4 years. She travels regularly to Switzerland, France and in Canada to consult and perform audits for clients in a variety of industries.
Before consulting, Isabelle worked in the Luxury Industry for 5 years, managing Sustainability, Security, Health and Safety for 3 watchmaking brands and in an international managing role. Previous to this, she worked in different HSE positions in the pharmaceutical industry working at a manufacturing facility for 2 years and at a large HQ/R&D campus for 4 years.
Isabelle has a degree in Environmental Science, an MBA in Project Management & Sustainability and is a Swiss certified H&S Officer.
Isabelle speaks English, French and has a basic understanding of German.
Co-Owner / Senior Consultant Security, H&S
Robert Popelka
With almost 6 years experience spent managing Security, Health, Safety and Sustainability in the Luxury Industry, 2 years spent managing Security for a Nuclear Power Plant, and previous to this, 8 years in the German Armed Forces, Robert has the Security and HSE skills necessary for successful consulting projects and auditing.
Robert has been a consultant for the past 6 years, with clients in Europe and North America.
Specifically, he managed a multi-national Security project for Deloitte and set up and performed risk assessments at multiple locations in California, British Columbia and Ontario.
Robert is a certified Security Expert by the University of Applied Sciences in Altenholz, Germany and a German certified H&S Officer.
Robert speaks English, German and has a basic understanding of French.
